PROCESSING ZONE

This zone handles all raw materials—plates, tubes, angles, and profiles. Every item is processed through high-precision CNC equipment to ensure accuracy, consistency, and repeatability before entering assembly.

All machinery is initially calibrated by the equipment supplier during installation, independently verified on an annual basis by an accredited third-party inspector, and routinely checked daily by our internal technical team.

Plate Laser Cutting Machine (12,000W Fiber Laser – 6 × 2.5 m)

Overview :

A high-power fiber laser system designed for ultra-precise cutting with ±0.01 mm accuracy. The 6000×2500 mm dual-exchange table supports continuous production with minimal downtime, ideal for high-precision plate fabrication.
